Job summary

EverTrue is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate care for residents within the licensed scope, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to address physical, psychosocial, and functional needs.

The role includes medication administration, IV therapy as applicable, and detailed care planning and documentation in the EMR, with adherence to regulatory standards. Weekend/extended hours may be required and patient safety is prioritized.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• BSN preferred.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Specialized gerontological nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice nursing within licensure scope and follow Nurse Practice Act and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to define individualized care plans.
• Mix TPNs, infuse blood, access ports, and perform IV procedures as licensed.
• Administer medications and oversee medication orders and administration.
• Maintain documentation and care plans, monitor resident status and changes.
• Use EMR to capture full clinical documentation per policy.
• Coordinate with resident services to ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure safety and supervise certified staff to meet EverTrue care standards.
• Perform rounds and document resident progress and changes.
• Report incidents per state and federal regulations.
