Job summary

Lutheran Senior Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for residents, in accordance with state licensure and organizational policies. The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, administering medications, and documenting care plans and resident changes.

Ideal candidates hold RN licensure in the state of practice, CPR certification, and preferably BSN with gerontological nursing experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of practice as required by law or regulation.
• CPR certification is required or current.
• Specialized training or experience in gerontological nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and monitor IV therapies as licensed.
• Document care, assessments, and changes in resident condition.
