EverTrue is seeking a Nurse Manager RN to lead nursing services in the care center, ensuring resident-centered care and regulatory compliance. You will develop staff, monitor quality, and oversee care plans, admissions, and documentation.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and experience in geriatric long-term care. Collaboration with the Director of Nursing is essential to maintain staffing and care excellence.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in Medicare/long-term care preferred.
• Ability to make independent decisions in complex situations.
• Strong knowledge of geriatric nursing practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing services for the care center.
• Maintain staffing levels with the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure accurate care planning and documentation (MDS).
• Oversee medication safety and adherence to regulations.
• Promote safety and infection control best practices.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Mentor staff and lead self-directed teams.
