Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or eligible in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, independence and functional outcomes
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery, safety and long-term rehabilitation goals
• Deliver hands-on therapy to adult and geriatric patients to enhance movement and quality of life
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress
