Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered therapy for adults and seniors, focusing on mobility, safety and independence within a collaborative clinical team.

You will partner with therapists and nursing staff, maintain accurate documentation, and pursue professional growth with flexible scheduling, paid holidays, CEU reimbursement and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice or eligible for licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
