Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered care in Sedona, AZ. You’ll work with a collaborative team to improve mobility, safety, and independence while delivering meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice or license eligible
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, balance and independence
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term goals
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to enhance movement and quality of life for adults and geriatric patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress to adjust plans
