Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered care in Tempe, AZ. You will support mobility, safety and independence in collaboration with physical therapists.

In a clinician-driven, documentation-rich environment, you’ll follow patient progress, adjust plans, and participate in ongoing professional growth with generous benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or license eligible in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals
• Deliver hand-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
