Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice or eligible for licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, balance and independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to enhance movement, endurance and quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress.
