Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) in Green Valley, AZ is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy, focusing on independence, mobility, safety and quality of life.

You will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist, develop and follow patient-centered treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or eligible in the state of practice.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery, safety and long-term goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to improve movement and quality of life for adult/geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress.
