Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice or license eligible.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapies to enhance movement, endurance and quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress to adjust plans as needed.
