Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess and implement personalized therapy plans in long-term care settings. This role focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence while educating patients and caregivers.

The position requires a DPT or equivalent and active state licensure, with 1 year of experience preferred. Travel between patient locations is expected; supervision of PTAs may be involved as applicable.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• One year of experience preferred in long-term care or rehab.
• License must be current and in good standing.
• Doctorate/Master’s/Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy required.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and plan individualized PT programs.
• Implement interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and endurance.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and supervise PTAs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
