Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Physical Therapist to administer therapy to patients in their homes under physician orders and the supervision of the Clinical Manager/Therapy Director. The role requires licensure and completion of a CAPTE-approved program, with supervision and strong documentation duties.

The PT will evaluate patients, develop and revise care plans, educate families, and coordinate with other health professionals. CPR certification and ongoing competency are expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the state where practicing (if applicable).
• CAPTE-approved physical therapy program or equivalent.
• CPR certification is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assists the physician or intermediate care provider in evaluating level of function, helps develop plan of care and revise as necessary.
• Advises and consults with family and other agency personnel.
• Performs skilled physical therapy procedures as ordered by physician.
