Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a licensed PTA to deliver patient-centered physical therapy to adults and geriatric patients in a collaborative clinical setting. You will support mobility, independence and safety through personalized plan-driven care under a supervising PT.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility and function for adult and geriatric patients.
• Support recovery, safety and long-term rehabilitation goals through patient-centered plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to enhance movement and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to promote outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress.
