Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Demonstrated passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, balance and independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans supporting recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to enhance movement and overall quality of life for adults and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress and adjust plans based on rehabilitation needs.
