Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients, under the direction of a Physical Therapist. You will focus on improving mobility, safety, and independence in a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities include implementing patient-centered treatment plans, documenting progress, and working with interdisciplinary teams to achieve functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or eligible to practice in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
