Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in Round Rock, TX, including private residences and senior living communities. You will evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based treatments to improve mobility and independence, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in TX or eligible to obtain license.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Proficient with EMR systems and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support wellness, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
