Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to empower adult and geriatric patients in Lake Havasu City, AZ. You will provide patient-centered PT services, focus on independence, mobility and safety, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient‑centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and independence.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for long‑term rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to support recovery, endurance, and quality of life in older adults.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to drive patient outcomes.
• Track progress, document accurately, and adapt plans as needed.
