Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered care. You will evaluate and treat adults and seniors, focusing on independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life in a collaborative clinical environment.

You will have clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for mentorship and leadership development while delivering high-quality care in facilities across the country.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to support recovery and improve endurance in older adults.
• Help patients restore functional mobility and safely perform daily activities with greater confidence.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to drive meaningful patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans as needed.
