Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide compassionate, patient-centered physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients. You will work under a Physical Therapist, focusing on independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life in a collaborative clinical environment.

You’ll deliver hands-on therapy, implement patient-centered treatment plans, and participate in a team-driven approach with caregivers and nursing

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
