Deer Oaks Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our Long-Term Care Clinical Services team. You will work onsite at local LTC facilities, delivering therapy, comprehensive evaluations, care planning, and behavioral health support to older adults with complex medical needs.

You will collaborate with nursing, social work, physicians, and rehab teams, maintain compliant documentation, and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning in a supported, autonomous role.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist in the state (NH) or eligible for licensure.
• Experience delivering therapy and psychological assessments for older adults.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including diagnostic assessments and cognitive screenings.
• Provide individual psychotherapy tailored to older adults and those with complex medical or cognitive conditions.
• Facilitate family therapy and caregiver support sessions.
• Lead or co-lead group therapy sessions when appropriate.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
