Job summary

Deer Oaks Behavioral Health - Long-Term Care Clinical Services is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to work onsite in one or more long-term care facilities within the local community. You will conduct evaluations, provide therapy, and collaborate with nursing, social work, and medical teams to support residents with geriatric behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist with current licensure
• Experience in geriatric behavioral health preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations and cognitive screenings
• Provide individual psychotherapy for older adults with complex medical needs
• Facilitate family therapy and caregiver support sessions
• Lead or co-lead group therapy sessions
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Maintain caseload with independent clinical judgment and regulatory compliance
