Deer Oaks Behavioral Health - Long-Term Care Clinical Services seeks a licensed psychologist to join an integrated clinical team onsite at long-term care facilities. You will provide therapy, assessments, and care planning for older adults, collaborating with nursing, social work, physicians, and rehab teams.

The role emphasizes autonomy, weekly schedules, and strong administrative support. We offer APA CEUs, comprehensive medical/dental/vision/Life insurance, generous PTO, and company-paid

Competenze

• Licensed psychologist with state licensure (or eligibility).
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently within an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong documentation skills and adherence to ethical guidelines.

Mansioni

• Conduct psychological evaluations including cognitive screenings.
• Provide individual psychotherapy for older adults with complex needs.
• Facilitate family therapy and caregiver support sessions.
• Lead or co-lead group therapy sessions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
