Job summary

Deer Oaks Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our interdisciplinary clinical team in a long‑term care setting. You will conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, provide individual and group psychotherapy, and collaborate with nursing, social work, and medical staff to support older adults with complex medical needs.

You will develop evidence‑based treatment plans, maintain documentation, and participate in family and caregiver sessions.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist with PsyD/PhD in psychology and Oklahoma licensure
• Experience in geriatrics or long-term care settings
• Ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide psychotherapy in LTC environments

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including diagnostic assessments and cognitive screenings
• Provide individual psychotherapy tailored to older adults with medical or cognitive conditions
• Facilitate family therapy and caregiver support sessions
• Lead or co-lead group therapy sessions when appropriate
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
• Manage caseload independently while maintaining ethical standards
