Deer Oaks Behavioral Health — Long-Term Care Clinical Services seeks a Licensed Psychologist to join an integrated clinical team onsite at local LTC facilities. You will conduct evaluations, provide individual and group therapy, and support families, while developing evidence-based care plans.

The role offers autonomy with a Monday–Friday schedule, strong administrative and clinical support, and opportunities for professional development in geriatric behavioral health.

Formación

• Active licensure as a psychologist in the state of practice.
• Experience providing therapy and psychological assessments to older adults in LTC settings.
• Ability to work autonomously within an interdisciplinary team and maintain documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and cognitive screenings.
• Provide individual and family therapy tailored to geriatric needs.
• Lead or co-lead group therapy and behavioral interventions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with nursing, social work, physicians, and rehab teams.
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical records and regulatory adherence.
