Job summary

Deer Oaks Behavioral Health — Long-Term Care Clinical Services in Renton, WA is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join an integrated clinical team onsite at LTC facilities. You will provide therapy, assessments, care planning, and behavioral health support with a Monday–Friday schedule and strong clinical and administrative backing.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a psychologist in the state where practicing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including diagnostic assessments and cognitive screenings.
• Provide individual psychotherapy for older adults with complex medical or cognitive needs.
• Facilitate family therapy and caregiver support sessions.
• Lead or co-lead group therapy sessions when appropriate.
• Provide behavioral management interventions for residents, staff, and families.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Manage caseload independently with ethical and professional standards.
