Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Physician to provide primary care services to a senior population in Stockton, CA. This role focuses on chronic disease management, preventative care, care coordination, and helping older adults maintain their health and independence.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or after-hours calls, competitive compensation ($250k–$280k/year) plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, PTO, holidays, CME allowance, and a meaningful opportunity to impact seniors'

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active California medical license and DEA registration required.
• BLS certification and strong teamwork skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care, including assessments and care plans.
• Diagnose and manage chronic conditions in elderly patients.
• Coordinate with nurses, specialists, and the care team.
• Order/interpret tests and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention.
• Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
