Jobot is seeking a Physician to deliver primary care to a senior population in a collaborative, patient-centered setting in Stockton, CA. The role emphasizes chronic disease management, prevention, and care coordination, with a focus on meaningful patient relationships and interdisciplinary teamwork.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or after-hours call, substantial compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package including malpractice insurance and CME support.

Formación

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active California Physician License required.
• DEA registration required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in geriatrics, primary care, skilled nursing, long-term care, home-based care, managed care, or senior-focused healthcare preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary medical care, including comprehensive assessments and ongoing care management.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in an elderly population.
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding disease management and preventative care.
• Supervise and collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
