DOCTORS CHOICE PLACEMENT SERVICES, INC. is seeking a Primary Care Physician for Northern California. This role offers 3-5 days per week focusing on adults 65+ in a longitudinal, relationship-based practice with AI-assisted charting and care-coordination infrastructure.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active CA license
• Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active DEA
• Genuinely invested in great care - you want to know your patients, not just manage your charts.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own panel scaled to your FTE. Goal 1500 patients for full time.
• 8 clinical hours per scheduled day plus 1 paid administrative hour per day. Charting is compensated, not absorbed.
• 2-2.5 patients per clinical hour - unhurried visits with time to think, not just react.
• AI-assisted charting plus built-in CCM, APCM, and RPM infrastructure - production credit and compensation for care coordination you're already doing.
