Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a nurse practitioner in the state of employment.
• Active BLS/ACLS certification.
• Experience in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.
• Comfortable with Medicare-aged patient population.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to Medicare-aged patients.
• Collaborate with center physicians, RN managers, and center staff.
