Qualifications

• MD/DO graduate with medical license in good standing.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required or preferred.
• Fellowship in Geriatrics welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient primary care within ArchWell Health centers.
• Lead care teams with a patient-centric approach.
• Provide comprehensive care and address medical and social needs in collaboration with the team.
