Job summary

ArchWell Health seeks licensed nurse practitioners or physician assistants to provide outpatient primary care to Medicare-aged patients in a rapidly growing network of centers. You will join a collaborative team, offer comprehensive care, and deliver high-quality services with a focus on patient well-being.

The ideal candidate is licensed (RN or PA) in the employment state, certified in BLS/ACLS, and experienced in internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary.
• Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Driven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions.
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
• Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center team members.
• Confident in their ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs.
• Passionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growing organization.
• Comfortable traveling within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each other.
