Job summary

ArchWell Health in Milwaukee is seeking physicians (MD or DO) to join our outpatient primary care team serving seniors with a patient-centered approach.

We offer an employed position with above-market compensation, base salary plus bonus, full malpractice tail coverage, generous benefits, and a supportive care team in state-of-the-art clinics.

Fellowship in geriatrics welcomed but not required; active license required; board certification/eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO medical degree and active license (state license)
• Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Fellowship in Geriatrics welcomed but not required
• Active, non-probationary medical license in the state of practice
• Ability to lead care teams with a patient-centered focus

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to senior patients
• Deliver high-quality primary care addressing medical and social needs
• Collaborate with the care team to manage complex, comorbid conditions
• Maintain accurate medical records and participate in ongoing education
