As a Medical Director track, leadership opportunities, autonomy, and flexible schedules with on-site care and support from APPs.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounds (minimum once per week).
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits, ensuring compliance and clinical excellence.
• Oversee APP performance, mentoring and supporting the care team.
• Close quality gaps and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health’s mission and values as a clinical leader.
• Assist with Medical Directorship activities and regulatory compliance where applicable.
