Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a physician to provide high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will lead clinical care, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying flexible scheduling and meaningful professional autonomy.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
• Lead clinical care as a trusted physician and mentor APPs.
• Complete histories and physicals on new patients and conduct weekly rounds.
• Collaborate with APPs to oversee regulatory and complex visits.
• Drive quality improvements and advocate for residents.
• Represent Curana Health's mission in the communities you serve.
