Curana Health is seeking physicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will be a trusted clinical leader, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying flexibility and independence rare in medicine today.

We offer full-time or part-time schedules with meaningful autonomy over rounding, patient flow, and daily structure.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice in the state of employment.
• Active DEA license.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical decision support.

Responsibilities

• Perform histories and physicals on patients and conduct routine rounding (weekly).
• Collaborate with APPs to manage complex visits and ensure clinical excellence.
• Mentor APPs and resources to elevate care delivery across the team.
• Close quality gaps to drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health's mission in communities.
• Travel to assigned facilities as needed.
