Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a mission-driven Physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You’ll lead clinical care, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents, with flexible scheduling and autonomy over patient flow and daily practice.

This full-time or part-time physician role emphasizes value-based care, strong clinical leadership, and the opportunity to impact health outcomes in a growing senior care model.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounds (minimum once per week).
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers to manage regulatory and complex patient visits.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the care team.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health's mission and values as a clinical leader in the communities served.
