Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will be a trusted clinical leader for patients, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying a flexible schedule and leadership opportunities in Medical Directorships.

As a Medical Director, you would oversee clinical care, participate in quality metric reviews, and help shape care delivery and regulatory compliance across facilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board eligibility/certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted medical license in employment state.
• Active DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
• Lead and mentor APPs to ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence.
• Oversee clinical quality metrics, contribute to PIPs and policy updates.
• Drive improvements in patient outcomes and care delivery.
