Curana Health is seeking a physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will lead clinical teams, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents with flexibility and independence in your daily practice.

This role emphasizes autonomy, meaningful geriatric work, and strong support systems, including onboarding, training, and data-driven tools.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
• Complete history and physicals on new patients and conduct weekly rounds.
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits.
• Oversee APP performance, mentoring and elevating care delivery.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission and values as a clinical leader.
