Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will be a trusted clinical leader, mentor to APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying rare flexibility and independence in medicine today.

Full-Time or Part-Time schedules are available, with a model designed to restore autonomy, ownership, and fulfillment in clinical practice for dedicated physicians.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
• Complete history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounds.
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the team.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health's mission in communities.
