Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist with weekday availability to join our team on campus. You will support residents in all aspects of daily living with person-centered care, while integrating with an interdisciplinary team.

Our campus offers onsite physicians, a culture of inclusion, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation is $55.00 per hour with the opportunity to follow residents throughout their care journey.

Formación

• Licensure must be valid and current in the state.
• Medicare and state requirements for degree and training are met.
• Inpatient and outpatient experience is highly preferred.
• Experience completing documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide holistic, person-centered physical therapy to residents.
• Implement residents’ care plans focusing on strengths, preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs.

Educación

Physical Therapy degree/licensure

State Physical Therapy license
