Qualifikationen

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments in a skilled nursing facility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Supervise and collaborate with PT Assistants to ensure effective care delivery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility, safety, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with facility and regulatory standards.
