Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist in Draper, UT for a contract role with potential for permanence. Schedule is 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with an initial 3-month duration.

The role includes blood collection, specimen processing, and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities involve precision labeling, data entry, OSHA compliance, and effective communication with patients. Qualifications

Geriatric experience is required.
Minimum 6 months venipuncture experience in a fast-paced setting.
High School Diploma or GED and phlebotomy certification required.

Responsibilities

Perform blood draws and label specimens according to procedures.
Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data.
Update patient information and ensure proper specimen collection.
Explain venipuncture process clearly and courteously to patients.
Match requisition forms to specimen tubes and ensure correct labeling.
Package specimens for transport and store as required by protocol.
Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations and participate in trainings.
Answer calls and review laboratory results as needed.
