Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Phlebotomist in Draper, UT for a 3-month contract with potential for permanent placement. The role emphasizes venipuncture, specimen labeling, and adherence to lab protocols in a fast-paced setting. Schedule is typically 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Minimum qualifications include a phlebotomy certification and 6 months of venipuncture experience, plus a high school diploma or GED. Benefits are available and prior geriatric experience is a plus.

• Valid phlebotomy certification required.
• Minimum 6 months venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic data entry.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Mansioni

• Perform blood draws, label specimens, centrifuge and record data.
• Collect and store specimens per procedures; explain venipuncture clearly.
• Match requisitions to tubes; label, centrifuge, split and freeze as needed.
• Package specimens for transport and ensure correct labeling.
• Store samples at required temperatures and follow transport protocols.
• Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations; attend annual trainings.
• Answer calls and relay laboratory results as requested.
