Qualifications

• Valid phlebotomy certification as required by state.
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency with venipuncture techniques and specimen handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens accurately.
• Centrifuge, record maintenance data, and decontaminate equipment as required.
• Explain procedures clearly and professionally to patients.
• Ensure specimen integrity and proper packaging for transport.
