• Minimum of 6 months venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws, label specimens, centrifuge and document maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly and courteously to patients.
• Match requisitions to specimens and prepare them for transport.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage temperatures and protocol compliance.
• Attend department trainings and respond to inquiries as needed.
