Job summary

AlignMed Partners seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents across Majestic Care Hopemont Center (Terra Alta, WV) and Cortland Acres (Thomas, WV). The role offers a base salary range of $109,000 to $124,000 plus an incentive program.

Requirements include NP with MSN concentration in Older Adult or Family NP or PA with ARC-PA accreditation and PANCE, valid state licensure, and NCCPA certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed RN.
• NP with Master’s in Nursing and Older Adult and/or Family NP specialization.
• PA graduate from ARC-PA-accredited program and PANCE with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care.
