Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents across centers in eastern West Virginia. The role reports to Clinical Leadership and collaborates with the Medical Director and Center teams to meet clinical goals.

The position offers a base salary range of $109,000 to $123,000 per year plus a no-cap incentive compensation program. At least two years of adult/geriatric clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Must be graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with an MSN and RN license.
NP must be certified in Older Adult or Family NP track or PA must be ARC-PA accredited and have PA licensure with NCCPA.
PANCE and/or NCCPA certification required for PA/NP scope.

Responsibilities

Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers.
Collaborate with Center Leadership to achieve AlignMed Partners mission and patient outcomes.

Education

Master's Degree in Nursing

RN license

Older Adult NP specialization

Family NP specialization

NCCPA certification

PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE)

PA state licensure

ARC-PA accreditation

Cannot be an NP without MSN
