Job summary

Genesis HealthCare seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a full-time split position between Majestic Care of Hopemont Center in Terra Alta, WV and Cortland Acres in Thomas, WV. The role covers primary and urgent care for nursing-center residents with a collaborative leadership structure and a no-cap incentive program.

Applicants should have MSN or PA credentials, state licensure, and relevant geriatric experience; APRN/PA with DEA for practice states is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school; RN licensed.
• NP with ANP concentration in Older Adult and/or Family NP (FNP) or PA with ARC-PA accreditation and PANCE, PA license, NCCPA certification.
• Minimum two years' experience with adult/geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to meet center goals.
