Genesis HealthCare is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for the Pocahontas Center in Marlinton, WV. The role offers 30-40 hours weekly with no on-call or weekend requirements, and a base salary of $110,000–$125,000 per year plus incentive pay.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and licensed as an RN.
- Certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master's in Nursing and Old Adult/Family NP focus.
- PA must graduate from ARC-PA accredited program and pass PANCE; state licensure and NCCPA certification.
- Minimum two years of experience with adult or geriatric populations preferred.
- DEA in states where practice allows; active licensure for each state.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
- Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care.
