Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents across centers in the eastern West Virginia panhandle, including Shepherdstown, Charles Town and Martinsburg.

The role supports a 32-40 hour work week in a no on-call or weekend setting, with a base salary range of $109,000–$123,000 per year and no-cap incentive bonus. AlignMed Partners coordinates this position within Genesis facilities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school with RN licensure and Nurse Practitioner certification (Master's in Nursing).
• PA candidates must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and pass the PANCE.
• NCCPA certification and state licensure required.
• Minimum two years experience with adult/geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with other providers.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Directors to meet center goals and standards.
